Born on September 18, 1960, to Willie Ellerbee and the late Carrie Prior Dorsey, Mr. Prior lived a life rich with experiences and connections. In matrimony, he was united with Elder Thomasina Barr Prior of Whiteville, NC, creating a partnership that undoubtedly left a lasting impact on those around them. Together, they navigated life’s journey with shared joys and sorrows.
To honor and celebrate Mr. Ronnie Prior’s life, a memorial service will take place on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at 11:00 AM. The service will be held at Linen-Knox Funeral Chapel, located at 1632 Emanuel Street, Georgetown, SC. Reverend Dr. Charles Prior will preside over the ceremony, with Bishop Nathanael Best delivering the eulogistic message. Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during the viewing on Friday, October 13, 2023, at Linen-Knox Funeral Home Chapel from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Mr. Prior’s legacy will be forever cherished by his wife, Elder Thomasina Prior of Whiteville, NC; his daughter Janay Prior of Baltimore; his sister Michelle Ellerbee Prior of Georgetown, SC; his brother Reverend Dr. Charles Prior of Georgetown, SC; and a multitude of other relatives and friends whose lives he touched. During this difficult time, let us join together in remembering and celebrating the life of Mr. Ronnie Prior, offering support and comfort to his family and loved ones.
